Getting the best dental insurance quote, Looking for a PPO dental plan
I want to stay with my current dentist and was told by the dental office that they only take dental PPO plans. I no longer have dental insurance only medical so I need to find a dental PPO plan that I can buy for just me.
Changing dentist is not going to happen. I have big time dental fears and so far this is the only dentist willing to put up with a 35 year old baby. She is very kind and it helps me a lot. I know that dental PPO plans have waiting periods my dental office told me but I should be fine since right now my teeth are good.
I want to know how to find the best dental PPO with the shortest waiting periods at the cheapest price and the best max limit. I would like something that is more then a 1000 year max just in case something was to happen. Please advise.

I have a dental plan call Standardlife that lets me pick any dentist I want to go to. It has a 2000 max so that should help you get the high max limit. See about looking into that dental insurance plan

Well in the type of plan you want in order to stay with your dentist is going to have for the most part waiting periods and yearly dollar max limits
Each plan is different on what they may set as their plan limits and waiting periods. I suggest just reading and doing a little research into the plans. In order to get what you feel is best for you. The time you take doing this will be well worth it.

I find the shorter the waiting periods my be the lower the max limitation is. Sometime you can find a plan with little to no waiting periods but the first year of cover the max is very low such as $500.00 which is not much.
Make sure you do read and understand the terms and limits of each plan you look at. That is so important before buying anything.
