How do dental discount plans like Careington work

They just seem too good to be true. Do you really get the discounts for all dental services? I been wanting adult braces and it look like I would get a dicount for that too. Am I correct? How do we get the discount? Do we have to pay in full then get refunded or do we get up front.  Can you tell me how the Careington dental plan which is the one I am looking at works.

When reviewing the Careington dental plan since it is a dental discount plan you do get a discounted savings off all dental services render at plan providers.
You do need to go to dentist that are taking the Carington plan for the plan to be vaild. For braces you saving would be 20 percent off of any type of braces you choose to get.
Normally since you make a payment plan during the course of having braces you 20 percent saving comes off the top then they adjust your payments to include the 20 percent. However just ask the dentist in the plan to confirm how they make you pay.
